Collection of mksh scripts to convert wiki page content from BitWeaver (both versions, possibly TikiWiki) to MediaWiki

This collection of mksh scripts aids in the automated conversion of one or more BitWeaver (tested with version 1.xx and 2.00; TikiWiki will possibly work as well) wiki page content to MediaWiki format.

It currently converts pages only, no history; retaining user information is planned. Galleries of any kind (image or file), blogs and other information are not converted, but the conversion is reliable and has many advanced features, such as duplicate removal, page renaming, InterWiki link support, etc. and is extensible (feedback and patches welcome).

Input format is a PhpMyAdmin dump of the content table (because that’s what was available when there was need for such conversion); output format is a MediaWiki dump in XML container format suitable for “Special:Import”. It has been tested with FusionForge post-4.8’s MediaWiki plugin and MediaWiki 1.15 on PostgreSQL.
