we can’t put in /etc/jupp/editorrc@ as packaged file
because the older jupp packages used it with update-alternatives
so we deal with this in jupp.postinst now

create /etc/jupp/editorrc@ => /etc/joe/editorrc
manage update-alternatives:editorrc together with joe

that it’s not nice to call “update-alternatives --remove” on upgrade in the
prerm script of the old package, since it can trash a user’s manual selection.

(How does one deal with changing package content? Probably in the preinst
script of the _new_ package? It would have to know to remove them, then…)

(So drop calling remove-shell in mksh.prerm on upgrade as well, this works
because add-shell is idempotent and due to what I outlined above…)
